Welcome
Duncan Arizona is a nice little town in the middle of nowhere USA . At one time  it was a bustling town, streets lined with people and activity.from the 30s thru 60's. When the state built Interstate-10, just 70 miles south of us. The Old West Highway, I-70, dried up just like  Route 66.
In the 70's a hundred year flood all but wiped out the town. Everyone who didn't leave, boarded up the windows of buildings that FEMA didn't get and moved to higher ground.
After living in Seattle for the past 30 years we were looking for a place out of the rain,I found the town of Duncan, on CRAIGS list. My wife and I came here in November of 06', bought our house with a 2000 sq. ft.barn, and started cleaning out 30 years of neglect. The town saw what we were doing with our place and offered us the use of an old brick building, built in the 1900's to restore and bring back to life. It is now a WI-FI, ESPRESSO Cafe, pool hall, small boarding house, with take out teriyaki.
Outside we offer four RV hookups, picnic tables, with grills, a gazebo to sit under and relax under warm Arizona sun year round.
From here to can ride over 200 miles in any direction through the most scenic mountain ranges.
Why Not!
